新北三重｜台北橋美食 平價泰式料理！吃麵

週日白天吃得比較少，決定早點吃晚餐，於是前往因人潮過多而向隅兩次、台北橋捷運站附近的平價泰國餐廳吃麵，營業前抵達總能順利吃到吧！

沒想到多的是開門前半小時就去排隊的食客，我們五點到只能排第二輪用餐，且因現場叫號哪裡都不能去，真正入座已經是登記候位的一小時後

點的幾樣菜口味都不錯，並可以依照個人喜好選擇不辣、現場製作熱度夠，尤其覺得檸檬魚和月亮蝦餅以這類餐廳而言特別亮眼；缺點是檸檬魚備餐時間很長，疑似是店家弄錯上菜順序，但沒有得到證實

是很實吃、依照在地口味調整的泰國菜，在不過在熱度稍減或候位制度優化前，會優先嘗試其他店

Eating a bit lighter during the day on Sunday, we decided to have an early dinner. We headed to Thai land traditional boat noodles （吃麵）near Taipei Bridge MRT station—a place we’d already missed out on twice due to the insane crowds.

To our surprise, plenty of foodies were already lining up half an hour before the doors even opened. Arriving at 5:00 PM only landed us in the second round of seating. Since they call numbers on-site, we couldn’t wander off, and it took a full hour from registering to actually getting a table.

The dishes we ordered were all quite tasty, and you can customize them to be non-spicy if preferred. Everything came out freshly made and piping hot. The Lemon Fish and Moon Shrimp Cakes were particular standouts for this type of restaurant. The only downside was that the Lemon Fish took ages to prepare; we suspected they messed up the serving order, though that wasn’t confirmed.

Overall, it’s a solid Thai restaurant. However, until the hype dies down a bit or they optimize their waiting system, I’d probably prioritize trying other places first.
