台北中山|南京復興美食推薦!香米泰國料理 復北店

一訪南京復興站附近的香米泰國料理時,點的都是台灣比較常見的中部菜,只覺得穩穩當當;這次為了吃吃看芒果糯米,特地二訪,順便嘗試其他料理

這天點的都是沒吃過的菜,新鮮感十足以外,口味也都很不錯,泰式醬炒米粉尤其合口味,米粉適量吸附酸甜微辣的醬汁好療癒啊!

食物方面種類多樣、價格合理、讓人感覺現點現做,並且好訂位、交通方便,不想提前預訂又想坐下來好好吃頓泰菜時,會是目前的首選吧🇹🇭

❗️餐點份量不小

During my first visit to Home’s Thai Cuisine near Nanjing Fuxing Station, I stuck to the standard dishes. While it was a solid meal, nothing particularly stood out. This time, I made a second trip specifically for their mango sticky rice and to explore more of the menu.

We ordered entirely new dishes today, which brought a great sense of novelty. Everything tasted fantastic! The Thai Fried Rice Noodles were a major highlight to me——the noodles perfectly absorbed the sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy sauce. It was pure comfort food.

Overall, the restaurant offers a diverse menu, reasonable prices, and dishes that taste freshly made to order. Combined with easy booking and a convenient location, it’s currently my top choice when I want a proper Thai sit-down dinner without booking in advance.

初次吃到泰北番茄辣肉醬
辣度不高 番茄和香料味為主
比想像中清淡許多
Each vegetable was cooked to its perfect level of doneness, which really showed their attention to detail. This was my first time trying Northern Thai Tomato Chili Meat Sauce (Nam Prik Ong). It wasn’t too spicy, focusing more on the tomato and herbal aromas. Much lighter than I expected.

Super crispy on the outside with a nice, bouncy chew. You can distinctly taste chunks of grass shrimp inside.

在曼谷試過發酵酸肉製成的依善香腸(Sai krok)

而這裡供應的另一種泰北香腸(Sai oua)
號稱是店家自製
香茅、檸檬葉風味和酸度都更強烈
沾醬似乎是魚露之類
I’ve only tried Sai Krok Isan (sour fermented sausage) in Bangkok.
The Sai Oua served here is claimed to be house-made. The lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf flavors, and tanginess are much more intense. It comes with what seems to be a fish-sauce-based dipping sauce.

A perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy. I absolutely loved it. Despite the large portion, we still managed to polish it off.
椰香芒果糯米

用的應該是台灣芒果 汁水較多
They use Taiwanese mangoes, which are extra juicy.
米粒偏軟 不過椰漿很入味
The rice was a bit on the softer side, but it absorbed the coconut milk beautifully.
