近期抹茶當道，早已以抹茶飲品走紅的 Aki matcha bar 比先前更加一位難求；某天午夜一過立刻刷訂位網站，才終於訂到兩週後的位子（並且在兩分鐘內被搶光）
訂到一樓面對櫃檯的區域，兩人可以併坐看內場點茶；不喜人來人往的話建議選一樓和室（要脫鞋）或二樓座位
來這裡主要想喝喝看專業人士點的茶，及嘗試兩款丸久小山園茶粉：這天的薄茶和抹茶拿鐵都不錯，茶湯綿密、奶/水比例恰當、冰塊融化慢；另外蛋糕茶香夠濃、味道好，整體十分滿意
不過在訂位變得容易之前，可能只會考慮外帶蛋糕吧！
❗️用餐時間兩小時
With the recent matcha craze, Aki matcha bar—already famous for its matcha drinks—has become even harder to book than before. I refreshed the reservation site right after midnight one day and finally managed to snag a spot for two weeks later (and seats were completely sold out within two minutes!).
We were seated on the first floor facing the counter, where we can sit side-by-side and watch the staff whisk the tea. If you prefer less foot traffic, I’d recommend the tatami area (shoes off) or the second-floor seating.
My main goal in coming here was to try tea whisked by professionals and to taste two different Marukyu Koyamaen matcha powders. Both the usucha (thin tea) and the matcha latte we had that day were excellent—the foam was creamy, the ratio was spot on, and the ice melted slowly. Additionally, the cakes were with rich tea aroma and tasted great. Overall, I was highly satisfied.
However, until getting a reservation becomes easier, I’ll probably only consider getting the cake to go.
