新北新莊｜日式料理 平價板前壽司！觀醬手

週末晚上想吃有點小儀式感的日式料理，就訂了新莊棒球場一帶、還算長青的日本料理觀醬手，據說能以相對平實的價格享用無菜單板前壽司

需脫鞋才能進入，裝潢簡約明亮，唯空調稍強，怕冷的話記得自備外套

整套吃下來魚料種類豐富、調味得宜、份量夠飽足，且平實不花俏，這個價位又不收服務費來說沒什麼好挑剔了，推薦給想簡單吃吃或壽司入門的朋友

❗️晚餐有兩輪，因此前半場只有約一個半小時用餐時間，希望慢慢享用的話較適合下半場

Craving a Japanese meal on a weekend evening, I booked a table at Guan Jiang Shou（觀醬手）, a long-standing Japanese restaurant near the Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium. It’s highly rated for offering omakase at a relatively affordable price.

You need to take off your shoes before entering. The interior decor is minimalist, bright, and clean. However, the AC runs a bit cold, so remember to bring a light jacket if you’re sensitive to the chill.

The entire set featured a wide variety of seafood, well seasoned, and came in very filling portions. Considering the price and the fact that there’s no service charge, there’s really nothing to complain about. This place is food for people who are looking for a casual omakase sushi.

❗️Dinner is served in two seatings, which means the first seating only has about 1.5 hours of dining time. If you prefer a leisurely meal, the second seating would be a better fit.
