新北瑞芳|瑞芳美食 餐酒館推薦!迴回 Huí Huí

記錄之前先下個簡單粗暴的結論:迴回真是近期吃到的餐廳中,覺得最推薦、值得不遠千里前去用餐的了!

這天下午一時興起到茶壺山散步,下山後順路找地方吃晚餐;一直知道迴回這間餐廳,也知道通常需要預訂,因此只是順路去碰碰運氣,沒想到正好有一組客人臨時取消,就這麼幸運的候補上

菜單在手寫的小黑板上,我們兩人憑感覺選了幾道可能會喜歡的菜,結果每一道都非常美味,食材口感好、調味有層次且平衡,身心皆滿足而無負擔

Before diving into the details, let me give a quick, blunt conclusion: Huí Huí Cave à manger is hands down the most highly recommended restaurant I’ve been to recently, and it is absolutely worth traveling a long distance for!

Sunday afternoon, on a whim, we went for a stroll at Teapot Mountain and looked for a place nearby to grab dinner afterward. I’ve always known about Hui Hui and that it usually requires a reservation, so we just dropped by to try our luck. To our surprise, a party had just canceled at the last minute, and we were lucky enough to get the table.

Menu was written on a chalkboard. The two of us picked a few dishes we’d like. As it turned out, every single dish was incredibly delicious. The ingredients are in good quality, and the seasoning was layered yet beautifully balanced, leaving both our minds and bodies fully satisfied without feeling heavy at all.

You can really tell this is an excellent spot that focused on the craft of food. Highly recommended!

An absolute umami bomb! It’s a tiny bit saltier compared to the other dishes, but it pairs wonderfully with a cold drink and bread.

I forgot what flavor the butter was, but the sourdough is perfect whether you slather it with butter or use it to scoop up the sauces from the other dishes.

You just can’t beat high-quality, raw grape shrimp! The sauce is inspired by almond tofu, and thankfully, it didn’t have that overpowering apricot kernel scent that I usually dread.

Both the fish itself and the doneness were absolutely perfect. The seasonal vegetables and the tangy sauce added a lovely seasonal touch.
