謠傳三重一帶因有不少泰國移工，所以口味正統的泰式料理店遍地開花；這天原先打算要吃的其實是別家，不過候位的人龍太誇張便轉戰也很受好評的暹羅廚房
週六晚上用餐時間仍舊是等了一小時才順利入座，坐得是和另外幾組客人併的大圓桌，空間稍微擁擠
隨意選了幾道想吃的菜，食材普通但口味不錯，尤其喜歡標示為新菜色的蝦醬松阪豬！雖然豬肉偏薄、吃不出松阪豬的油脆口感，但多種香料的調味層次感十足，熱騰騰的配上米飯特別療癒
泰味濃、價格優，要是不需候位這麼久的話會想再回訪🇹🇭
Because Sanchong is home to many Thai migrant workers, authentic Thai restaurants have popped up all over the area. I originally planned to eat at a different spot today, but the waiting line was just too crazy, so I pivoted to the highly-rated Siam Kitchen（暹羅廚房）instead.
Even so, it took an hour to get a table during the Saturday dinner rush. We were seated at a large round table shared with several other groups, so the space felt a bit cramped.
We casually ordered a few dishes. While the ingredients were average, the flavors were great. I particularly loved the Pork Neck with Shrimp Paste, which was marked as a new menu item! Although the pork was sliced a bit too thin, the seasoning—layered with various spices—was incredible. Served piping hot with rice, it was pure comfort food.
The flavors are authentic and the prices are great. If the wait weren’t so long, I’d definitely want to visit again.
