台北松山｜小巨蛋美食 夜市燒鳥轉戰餐廳！炭物語

炭物語原是饒河夜市的熱門攤位，約兩個月前搬遷至小巨蛋附近的店面，讓支持的食客們不受天氣限制、終於有地方好好坐下來吃飯

店內以黑灰基調簡單裝修，座位是一整排吧台高腳椅，最裡面的位子離洗手間稍近，雖不至於影響嗅覺；每個人有自己的QR code線上點餐，可以選當日套餐或單點，其餘用餐規則可以參考店家instagram

我選了套餐，加點雞湯及兩種特殊部位，除了套餐中的雞氣管、雞肉丸以外皆為鹽烤；有幾串部分稍焦，其他熟度及口感大多不錯，就是對我來說整體鹹度較高

餐後老闆表示部分品項由學徒製作，因此每人都有餐費折價，用餐期間也不斷詢問食客心得，怪不得支持者眾！

Charcoal Story originally started as a popular stall in Raohe Night Market before moving to a storefront near the Taipei Arena about two months ago. Loyal foodies have a comfortable, weather-proof spot to sit down and enjoy a proper meal now.

The interior features a simple aesthetic dominated by black and gray tones, with seating arranged along the bar counter. Some seats inside are a bit close to the restroom, though not enough to affect the appetite. Each customer gets a QR code for online ordering, where you can opt for the daily set menu or go à la carte. Other dining rules are on the restaurant’s Instagram page.

I chose the set menu and added a chicken soup along with two special cuts. Aside from the chicken trachea and chicken meatballs included in the set, everything else was salt-grilled. A few skewers had slightly charred spots, but the doneness and texture overall were good, though a bit on the salty side for my taste.

At the end of the meal, the owner kindly explained that some items were prepared by apprentices, offering everyone a discount on their meal. Throughout the night, they were constantly asking for customer feedback, it’s no wonder they have such a strong fan base!
