第三次到朋友的愛店岳燒鳥用餐,這次是店家擴大店面暨五週年餐會,因此與平時單點的模式不太一樣
剛從日本東北旅行回來的老闆兼師傅本人特別設計了一套含餐酒的菜單,有招牌的燒鳥、海鮮和日本帶回來的清酒;除了滷雞翅對我來說太鹹以外,其他餐點口味都很好,尤其喜歡各式鹽烤燒鳥及高品質的海鮮
(就是現在食量和體力都大不如前,整場四小時下來實在好飽又好想睡啊啊!)
This was my third visit to Yue Yakitori (岳燒鳥), a favorite spot of my friend’s. This time was a bit different from their usual à la carte style, as it was a special event celebrating their shop expansion and 5th anniversary.
The owner and head chef, who just returned from a trip to Japan, specially designed a set menu paired with sake. It featured their signature yakitori, fresh seafood, and sake he brought back from Japan. The various salt-grilled yakitori and high-quality seafood were as delicious as always. Everything tasted great, except for the braised chicken wings, which were a bit too salty for my taste.
That said, my stamina and appetite have definitely declined. The entire event took four hours, and by the end, I was completely stuffed and fighting off sleep!
