8 1/2 Otto E Mezzo Bombana 香港、上海、澳門皆有分店的義大利餐廳,目前是米其林指南三星義大利餐廳中,唯一不在義大利境內的,這次終於有機會一探究竟

平日有價格較晚餐親民的午間套餐,也可以單點想吃的菜色;由於想試試他們的飯麵類,我和朋友一人點一道主食,兩種都道地而美味,搭配隨餐附上的餐前麵包、前菜、甜點等,滿足和飽腹程度皆媲美套餐

有機會再訪的話,還想試試其他麵食及主廚拿手的白松露料理!

With branches in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Macau, 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana is currently the only three-michelin-starred Italian restaurant located outside of Italy. I finally had the chance to see what the hype was all about.

On weekdays, they offer a lunch set that is more budget-friendly than dinner, though you can also order à la carte. Since we were eager to try their pasta and risotto, my friend and I ordered one of each. Both were incredibly authentic and delicious. Besides the mains, there are complimentary bread, appetizers, and desserts. The meal was just as satisfying and filling as a full tasting menu.

If I have the chance to visit again, I’d love to try more of their pasta dishes and the chef’s signature white truffle creations!

均勻裹上硬得恰好的麵條
酸爽不失鮮香
My friend ordered this pasta. It features a sauce made from datterino tomato that perfectly coats the al dente noodles. It’s bright, acidic, and with fresh shrimp as cherry on top.

點綴以帶檸檬香的蝦肉塊

My choice! The rich scampi bisque thoroughly coats every grain of perfectly cooked rice, complemented by chunks of lemon-scented scampi. Absolutely delicious.

I went with a small cake (I’ve forgotten the flavor, but it was lovely!), a chocolate cake, and a pistachio chocolate.
