Sassolungo 是多洛米堤（Dolomites）一處有名的山脈，可健行、抱石、滑雪，還有獨樹一幟的「棺材型」纜車
這裡原本不在我們的旅遊計劃內，因為中午提早下刀鋒山，稍作休息後決定開車到Sassolungo看看；雖然只健行一小段，還是對這裡多岩的山路印象非常深刻，視覺上壯麗且走起來樂趣十足！
Sassolungo is a famous mountain range in the Dolomites, offering hiking, bouldering, and skiing, as well as a distinctive “coffin-style” cable car.
It wasn’t originally on our itinerary, but after coming down from Seceda earlier than expected around noon, we took a short break and decided to drive over to Sassolungo. Although we only hiked a short stretch, its rocky trails left a lasting impression—spectacular to look at and so much fun to explore on foot!
健行路線
由於只有一個下午的時間，我們僅搭纜車上山，再走一段下坡便折返
- 從纜車站「📍Telecabine Gondelbahn Forcella del Sassolungo」買來回票，搭纜車直達「📍Rifugio Toni Demetz Hütte – Forcella del Sassolungo (bz)」
- 沿著岩石坡下行到山谷後，原路折返

Hiking Route
With only an afternoon to spare, we took the cable car up, hiked partway down, and then retraced our steps.
- We bought round-trip tickets at “📍Telecabine Gondelbahn Forcella del Sassolungo” and rode straight up to “📍Rifugio Toni Demetz Hütte – Forcella del Sassolungo (bz).”
- From there, we followed the rocky slope down into the valley before returning the way we came.

注意事項
❗️整個下坡都是岩石路，建議穿基礎硬底登山鞋，若有登山杖更佳
Important Tips
❗️The entire descent is rocky, so hiking boots with stiff soles are recommended. Trekking poles would also be helpful.

The next mountain hut was still some distance away, so we decided to turn back given the time.
The return journey meant an uphill climb—the part I usually struggle with most

From a distance, it looks like a steep scree slope, but the trail is actually fairly easy to follow
