今年生日餐選擇到一直很想嘗試的餐酒館福旺,從訂位規則就能看出店家很有自己的堅持,稍微麻煩但也讓人更期待了
餐廳位在捷運信義安和站和六張犁站之間,沒記錯的話只有十個座位,建議趁早訂位;桌距偏近,雖然大家講話聲音不大,仍然可以聽到鄰座的交談內容
當天選擇的餐點中並不是每道調味都符合自己的喜好,但食材大多處理得不錯,尤其推薦鮮美的炭烤野生赤鰭笛鯛,推薦跟我一樣的鮮魚狂熱者嘗試!
相較其他餐酒館,餐點味道不那麼油、鹹,主要靠各式食材的風味堆疊,對我來說是想吃魚或輕鬆吃點西式料理的時候,會想再嘗試的餐酒館
For my birthday this year, I chose to visit FouWang, a bistro I’ve had my eye on for a while. You can tell from their strict booking rules that the owners have high standards and a clear vision. While the process is a bit of a hassle, it definitely builds anticipation.
The restaurant is tucked between MRT Xinyi Anhe and Liuzhangli stations. If I remember correctly, there are only ten seats, so early booking is highly recommended. The tables are spaced quite closely together, even though everyone speaks at a moderate volume, you can still overhear neighboring conversations.
While not every dish perfectly hit the mark for my personal taste, the ingredients were generally handled with great skill. I especially recommend the Charcoal-Grilled Wild Red-Fin Snapper, which is a must-try for fellow seafood enthusiasts!
Compared to other bistros, the seasoning here is less oily and salty. Instead, the kitchen focuses on layering the natural flavors of the ingredients. It’s the kind of place I’d revisit when I’m craving fresh fish or a light, relaxed meal.

Accompanied by citrus, peach, and pickles. Overall, it was a bit too acidic for my liking.

烤小洋芋外酥內軟很好吃
帶甜的醬汁稍微不習慣
The octopus was cooked perfectly. The roasted baby potatoes were excellent, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The sauce was a bit on the sweeter side, which I wasn’t quite used to.

The sauce seemed to have a base of heavy white wine and onions. Personally, I would have preferred a subtler wine flavor. However, the fish itself was superb and expertly grilled!

I’ve heard they have an extensive selection of natural wines available to pair with your meal.
