週末中午前往象山踏青前，先到捷運國父紀念館站、市政府站中間的美式漢堡店 TRIPLE T burger/dessert 填肚子
不知道是不是因為正值農曆年假期尾聲，店裡人潮不多，進店之後馬上被帶到吧台座位；坐著等待時可以清楚看到餐點製作過程，讓人格外放心
當天餐點由一人內場現點現做，等了一陣子才上桌：煙燻牛肉堡是帶油脂的部位，肉量中等，搭配檸檬洋蔥吃起來風味平衡，比印象中在美國吃到的類似品項更精緻不膩；另一個選洋蔥起司漢堡是因為沒有生菜和蕃茄，更能吃到純粹的肉香，除酸黃瓜似乎蒔蘿香氣偏重外，其他部分都滿符合喜好
好吃、製作過程安心，且價格合理，在附近想吃漢堡的話會再訪🍔 店家的甜點似乎小有名氣，若有機會可嘗試外帶
Before heading to Elephant Mountain for a weekend hike, we stopped by TRIPLE T burger/dessert, conveniently located between the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Taipei City Hall MRT stations, to grab a bite.
Perhaps because it was the end of the Lunar New Year holiday, the place wasn’t too crowded. We were seated at the bar immediately upon entering. Watching the food preparation from my seat was a nice touch; it felt transparent and reassuring.
Since there was only one person handling the kitchen, it took a little while for the food to arrive. The Smoked Beef Burger featured a nice, marbled cut of meat with a moderate portion size. Paired with the lemon-infused onions, the flavors were well-balanced. I also ordered the Onion Cheese Burger. Because it’s served without lettuce or tomato, you really get to enjoy the pure, savory taste of the meat. Aside from the pickles, which had a slightly overpowering dill flavor for my taste, everything else hit the spot.
It was delicious, prepared with care, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m craving a burger in the area. Their desserts are quite popular, so I’ll have to try grabbing some to-go next time!
