福岡|藥院大通美食推薦!鮨と天草大王 天音

想著這次在日本還沒吃到壽司,就訂了位在藥院大通站、名列 Tabelog 2025百名店的鮨と天草大王 天音當午餐;店主的家鄉在熊本縣天草,因此號稱漁獲均來自當地,並使用糸島白米

店面在二樓,有板前也有四人桌位,師傅話少,用餐氛圍相當安靜

午餐套餐以江戶前握壽司為主,師傅上菜時會用英文簡單介紹魚種,非常外國人友善;醋飯對我來說酸味偏淡,魚生熟成的風味似乎沒有以前吃過的濃厚,不過整體味道還是不錯,簡單紮實

午餐餐價驚人的低,加上訂位容易,若想輕鬆吃頓有品質的板前握壽司,是很ok的選擇

Since we hadn’t had sushi yet on this trip, I made a lunch reservation at Sushi to Amakusa Daio Amane, located near Yakuin-odori Station and listed among Tabelog’s 2025 Top 100 Restaurants. The chef is originally from Amakusa in Kumamoto, and proudly sources his seafood from there, with rice from Itoshima.

The restaurant is on the second floor, with both counter seating and tables for four. The chef is rather quiet, and the overall dining atmosphere is calm and serene.

The lunch omakase focuses mainly on Edomae-style nigiri. As each piece is served, the chef gives a brief introduction of the fish in English, making it very foreigner-friendly. The vinegared rice was slightly mild in acidity for my taste, and the aged flavors of the fish were not as pronounced as I’ve experienced elsewhere. Still, the overall flavors were clean and satisfying.

The lunch price is surprisingly affordable, and reservations are easy to secure. If you’re looking for a relaxed counter-style sushi experience, this is a good option.
