大分｜由布院美食推薦 金鱗湖咖啡廳！茶房 天井棧敷

這天的行程就是在由布院，沿著湯之坪和金鱗湖畔散步，沒想到氣溫驟降，凍得一行人全身發寒，趕緊找了湖附近的咖啡廳茶房 天井棧敷取暖

抵達時先上樓登記候位，再到一樓室內空間等待叫號，雖然等了可能有 40 至 60 分鐘之久，但室外溫度實在讓人卻步，還是留在室內暖和一點

咖啡廳原來是老字號溫泉飯店「亀の井別荘」所經營，內裝似乎保留古建築，十分別緻，部分座位緊鄰窗外樹景特別有情調

印象中低消是一人一份餐點或飲料，這天點到最喜歡的是豬排三明治，使用大分縣產的錦雲豚，厚切、油炸、刷醬及芥末後夾進吐司而成，肉質鮮美不油膩，非常好吃！芥末稍嗆，不想加的話可以在點餐時告知

價格稍高，但空間和餐點都好，推薦給在由布院想找咖啡廳小歇的朋友

That day’s itinerary was to stroll around the Yufuin area and Lake Kinrin. Unexpectedly, the temperature dropped sharply and we were freezing, so we quickly looked for a nearby indoor place, Cafe Tenjosajiki, to stay warm.

When we arrived, we went upstairs to register for a waiting number, then returned to indoor area on the first floor to wait to be called. Although the wait was probably 40 to 60 minutes, the outdoor temperature was too harsh, so staying inside was still the better choice for us.

The café is operated by the long-established hot spring hotel Kamenoi Besso. The interior seems to preserve the old architectural style and feels very elegant. Some seats are right next to the windows overlooking the trees, which gives the space a particularly nice atmosphere.

As I recall, the minimum order is one food or drink per person. My favorite that day was the pork cutlet sandwich, made with Oita-produced Kinuun pork. It features a thick-cut cutlet that’s deep-fried, brushed with sauce and mustard, then placed between slices of toast. The meat was juicy and not greasy at all, super delicious! The mustard has a bit of a kick, so if you prefer not to have it, you can let them know when ordering.

The prices are slightly on the high side, but both the space and the food are excellent. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy café break while in Yufuin.
