台北大安｜六張犁美食 經典麻辣鍋！詹記麻辣火鍋 敦南店

妹妹說住台北這麼多年沒吃過詹記麻辣火鍋，趕緊找了兩人都有空的時段帶她去吃吃看，雖然很熱門，但提早一點訂都是有位子的

我們去的是台北市區開最久的敦南店，十多年前第一次吃也是在這裡，入店以後穿越一道仿電梯的門就是座位區；裝潢走台式復古風，經過多年依舊乾淨明亮

這裡的湯頭以辛香料為主，無中藥或動物性油脂，在一眾麻辣鍋當中算相對清爽的，微辣對我來說剛好，小辣可接受但需要適應；沒什麼特別突出、必點的菜，不過食材都在平均水準之上，我覺得想吃什麼點什麼就行！自己幾次下來特別喜歡的是牛小排、蛋餃和芋頭丸

口味不算獨特，不過食材、環境、地點等整體都不錯，沒吃過的話還是滿值得一試

My younger sister said that after living in Taipei for so many years, she had never tried Chan Chi Hot Pot Lab, so I found a time when we were both free and took her to try it. Although it’s very popular, you can usually still get a table if you book in advance.

We went to the Dunnan branch, the longest-running branch in Taipei. After entering, you pass through a mock elevator door to reach the seating area. The décor follows a Taiwanese retro style, and it’s still clean and bright even after all these years.

The broth here focuses on chili and spices, without herbal-medicine notes or animal fat, making it relatively light compared to many other mala hot pots. The mild spicy level is just right for me; the small spicy level is acceptable but takes time getting used to. There aren’t really any must-orders, but the ingredients are all above average quality, just order whatever you feel like. My personal favorites after several visits are the beef short ribs, egg dumplings, and taro balls.

The flavors aren’t especially unique, but the ingredients, environment, and location are all solid. If you’ve never tried it before, it’s still well worth a visit.
