台北信義｜市政府站美食美式炸雞漢堡推薦！BURGER OUT

BURGER OUT是捷運市政府站、國父紀念館站之間，松山文創園區旁邊小有名氣的美式漢堡店，主打各式各樣的炸雞漢堡

週末傍晚五點多兩人想來吃頓輕鬆的晚餐，沒想到竟然已經有多組候位！等了至少20分鐘才入座，店裡有桌位和高腳吧台座位，吧台位正對製作漢堡的內場，讓人感覺特別安心且有趣

點了兩種漢堡：我點的是拉差美乃滋僅微微辣，生菜絲打小適口、醬汁拌得很均勻，和醃黃瓜一起完美平衡了炸雞的脂肪；炙燒明太子的明太子美乃滋和炸雞意外搭，帶鮮的口味非常療癒

餐點好吃以外，服務人員的笑容真誠、內場作業透明，都是用餐體驗的加分項，想吃炸雞堡的話會回訪👍🏻

BURGER OUT is an American-style burger joint located between MRT City Hall Station and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station, right next to Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. The restaurant specializes in a variety of fried chicken burgers.

We stopped by around 5 p.m. on a weekend evening for a casual dinner for two, but to our surprise, there were already several groups waiting. We waited at least 20 minutes before being seated. The restaurant offers both table seating and counter seats; the counter faces the open kitchen where the burgers are made, which feels especially reassuring and fun to watch.

We ordered two burgers. The Sriracha mayo burger I chose was only mildly spicy. The shredded lettuce was finely cut and easy to eat, and the sauce was evenly mixed. Together with the pickles, it perfectly balanced the richness of the fried chicken. The Mentaiko mayo burger was another pleasant surprise—the mentaiko mayo paired unexpectedly well with the fried chicken, and its savory, umami-rich flavor was very comforting.

Beyond the tasty food, the genuinely friendly smiles of the staff and the transparent, open kitchen operation really elevated the dining experience. I’d definitely come back when I’m craving a fried chicken burger.
