朋友邀約下再次來到捷運南勢角站不遠處的岳燒鳥,訂位時請老闆配了幾個海鮮,現場再加點想吃的串燒及飲品
主要由老闆一人負責串燒,適合步調慢的用餐節奏,當晚吃吃喝喝不小心就用了四個多小時
串燒部分主要是鹽烤,熟度、鹹度都不錯,自己最愛的是帶脆皮的雞生蠔及阿基里斯腱;海鮮部分也和預期中一樣好,尤其喜歡肥美的煙燻日本青甘和烤鰻魚配日本山椒

Under a friend’s invitation, I returned to Yue Yakitori, located just a short walk from MRT Nanshijiao Station. When making the reservation, we asked the owner to curate a selection of seafood, then added a few skewers and drinks on-site.
Most of the grilling is handled solely by the owner, making this a place best enjoyed at a relaxed pace. We ended up eating and drinking for over four hours without even realizing it. The yakitori is primarily salt-grilled, with good control over doneness and seasoning. My personal favorites were the chicken oysters and the Achilles tendon, both with crispy skin. The seafood was as good as expected—standouts included the rich, smoky Japanese amberjack and the grilled eel paired with Japanese sansho pepper.
For those who enjoy drinking, feel free to ask the owner for pairing recommendations; both bottles of sake we had that night were right up my alley. Highly recommended for anyone in the neighborhood craving yakitori.
