有陣子特別愛吃漢堡，看到有人推薦天母 LOUIS’ BURGERS ，因為不在平常生活範圍，就趁週末去了一趟
店面不大，有吧台和幾張桌位，下午非用餐時間抵達還有零星幾個人在裡面用餐
我選最想吃的雙層芝麻葉起司漢堡，布里歐麵包裡層煎得微脆，兩層稍稍拍過的牛肉餅肉香十足，和起司、芝麻葉好搭好好吃啊！另一個香煎培根堡不含牛，培根煎到焦脆，配炸洋蔥與紫洋蔥味道也很好；薯條帶皮、中等粗，經典美味
體型不大，對我來說作為一餐剛剛好，就是大眾運輸較不方便抵達，若有經過附近且想吃漢堡的話會再訪🍔
After seeing someone recommend LOUIS’ BURGERS in Tianmu, I decided to check it out one weekend since it’s not in my usual neighborhood.
The shop is small, with a bar counter and a few tables. I arrived in the afternoon outside of peak mealtime, and there were still a handful of customers dining inside.
I ordered the double arugula cheeseburger, which I’d been most curious about. The brioche bun was lightly toasted until slightly crisp on the inside, and the two gently smashed beef patties were full of beefy flavor—so good with the cheese and peppery arugula. I loved it.
The pan-seared bacon burger, which doesn’t include beef, was also good: the bacon was cooked until perfectly crispy, paired with fried onions and red onions for more flavor. The fries were skin-on, medium-cut, which is classic and satisfying.
The portions aren’t huge, but for me it was just right for a meal. The only downside is that it’s a bit inconvenient to reach by public transportation. Still, if I’m ever in the area and craving a burger, I’d definitely come back.
