台北大安｜美食推薦 美式披薩！The Slice Shop 信義安和

一直知道捷運信義安和站、通化夜市旁邊的 The Slice Shop 販售頗受好評的酸種披薩，卻一直沒有拜訪過，直到今年跟紐約的台灣餐廳「886」聯名推出新口味席捲社群媒體後，才終於忍不住好奇心想試試看

信義安和店面沒有室內座位，僅戶外站席；新開的天母店則是室內站席，自己的經驗是天母店人潮似乎較多

聯名口味為「魯本辣牛」：以魯本三明治發想，結合煙燻牛肉、德國酸菜、俄羅斯醬與台灣辣油，搭配帶一點點厚度、外脆內微有嚼勁的酸種餅皮，酸、辣、鹹、鮮兼具，是我覺得他們家最好吃的口味

其他吃過的品項也不錯，我的排名是甜、辣、脆的楓糖辣培根 👉🏻 以鳳梨醬取代水果本體的松阪培根鳳梨 👉🏻 經典的辣肉丸

不用排隊，或有聚會需要預訂整模披薩的話，是我會一直想去的店🍕

The Slice Shop, located near Xinyi Anhe MRT Station and Tonghua Night Market, is well regarded for its sourdough pizza, but I never got around to visiting until they launched a collaboration flavor with the New York–based Taiwanese restaurant “886” that took social media by storm this year.

The Xinyi Anhe branch has only outdoor standing tables, while the newly opened Tianmu branch offers indoor standing space. From my experience, the Tianmu shop seems to draw bigger crowds.

The collaboration pizza, “Reuben,” is inspired by Reuben sandwich and features smoked beef, German sauerkraut, Russian dressing, and Taiwanese chili oil. Paired with their sourdough crust—crispy on the outside with a pleasant chew inside—it delivers a well-balanced mix of sour, spicy, savory, and umami flavors. In my opinion, it’s the best pizza they make.

Other items I’ve tried are solid as well. My personal ranking would be: the sweet-spicy-crispy Hot Maple Bacon; the Guaciale Pineapple, which uses pineapple sauce instead of chunks; and the classic Spicy Meatball.

If there’s no line, or if I need to pre-order a whole pie for a gathering, this is a spot I’d happily keep coming back to.
