台北中正|古蹟裡的台味fine dining!輝室 pān-toh

在吃貨朋友推薦下來到開幕未滿一年的輝室用餐,說是餐點好看也好吃;查了資料發現店址是台灣有名的法學家戴炎輝故居,在本事空間製作所操刀下修復內裝,原來建築上大有來頭

餐廳在捷運古亭站附近,典雅的平房夜裡透微光,這天入座榻榻米包廂,還放了一盞曾經好想要的野口勇小紙燈籠

晚餐是套餐形式,主餐有豬、魚、牛小排、A5和牛可以選,每道菜都看得到台菜的影子,造型細緻有巧思,味道也滿好,尤其慢燉章魚以龍形蝦脆片點綴和增加風味、紅蟳米糕迷你可愛卻有滿滿蟹黃,特別讓人印象深刻

白天似乎還有供應較短的午餐套餐和其他鹹甜點、飲品,或許來吃下午茶也不錯,推薦給想找精緻台味料理的朋友

At the recommendation of foodie friends, we came to pān-toh for dinner. It’s said that the food was as beautiful as it was delicious. The restaurant is housed in the former residence of Dai Yan-hui, a renowned Taiwanese legal scholar, which explains the building’s rich historical character.

Located near Guting MRT Station, the elegant single-story house glows softly at night. That evening, we were seated in a tatami private room, where a small Akari paper lantern—one I’ve long admired—added a lovely touch.

Dinner is served as a set menu, with main course options including pork, fish, beef short ribs, and A5 wagyu. Every dish carries subtle references to Taiwanese cuisine, presented with refined design. The flavors were equally satisfying. Standouts included the slow-braised octopus, enhanced with dragon-shaped shrimp crisps for added texture and flavor, and the mini red crab sticky rice—adorably petite yet packed with crab roe.

During the day, the restaurant also offers a shorter lunch set, along with savory and sweet items and drinks. Good option for anyone looking for refined Taiwanese-inspired cuisine.
