一直想著有機會多人聚餐的時候要來上膳若川,據說老闆娘來自四川,因此餐點都有道地四川風味,料理得也用心,這天終於湊齊了四人來吃晚餐!
很特別的是店家看起來像比較老式的簡餐咖啡廳,若非聽過別人推薦,不會想到裡頭供應川式桌菜;很多餐點需要預訂,可以事先用Line向店家訂餐
共同選了幾道想吃的菜,每道份量都滿大,點的遠遠超出四人胃容量;好吃又好看的蒜泥白肉、黃金皮蛋推薦點來試試,自己喜歡鍋氣十足的酸辣土豆絲和酸香料實在的酸湯肥牛魚,其餘不辣的菜色也都滿有水準
口味應該有稍作調整,均在小辣到中辣,且沒有想像中油;整體好吃、感受得到料理者用心,推薦在台灣想吃川菜的朋友嚐嚐
It’s said that the chef of 上膳若川 is from Sichuan, and the food carries an authentic Sichuan character. We finally managed to have four people together for dinner here to try.
What’s interesting is that the place looks more like an café serving set meals; without prior recommendations, you’d never guess that it offers Sichuan dishes. Many of the food require advance ordering, which you can easily do via LINE.
We ordered several dishes we’d been craving, and the portions were generous—far more than four people could realistically finish. The garlic pork slices and the golden century eggs were both delicious and beautifully presented, definitely worth ordering. Personally, I loved the hot-and-sour shredded potatoes, as well as the beef and fish in sour soup. The non-spicy dishes were also solid.
The flavors seem to have been slightly adjusted, ranging from mild to medium heat, and were less oily than expected. Overall, everything was delicious, and you can really feel the care put into the cooking. I’d recommend this place to anyone in Taiwan craving good Sichuan cuisine.
