在台北想吃厚實、野性、不能太精緻的美式漢堡時，就會想到捷運忠孝復興站周邊小巷裡的臺虎 啜飲室大安
離捷運站近，店裡都是高腳椅，我每次都是沒訂位、直接walk-in，不過想在熱門時段造訪或者人數稍多的話，事先訂位比較保險
點過炸花枝圈、花椒炸雞翅這兩種下酒菜，都有一定水準，不過最喜歡的還是漢堡和細薯：漢堡部分私心推薦有洋蔥泥、無生菜的The Motz，牛肉排厚又多汁，且布里歐麵包與餡料完美融合！未來想嘗試含墨西哥辣椒的The Al Dente
店家的招牌其實是精釀啤酒，非我熟悉的領域，不過吃炸物的時候能搭配冰涼順口的啤酒，還是滿幸福的

When I’m craving for authentic American-style burger in Taipei, I always think of Taihu Tasting Room Da’an, tucked in the lanes near MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station.
It’s close to the MRT station, and the space is filled with high stools. I usually just walk in without a reservation, but if you plan to visit during peak hours or with a larger group, booking ahead is definitely safer.
I’ve tried both the calamari fritti and the Sichuan wings, both are solid bar snacks. However, my favorites are the burgers and shoestring fries! For burgers, I personally recommend The Motz, which comes with onion smashed and no lettuce. The patty is thick and juicy, while the brioche bun melds beautifully with the fillings. Next time, I’m hoping to try The Al Dente, which comes with jalapeños.
The signature products here is the craft beer though. Pairing a cold, easy-drinking beer with fried food is undeniably satisfying.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves burgers or enjoys the lively atmosphere of a beer bar!
