剛從泰國回來,特別想吃泰式料理,因此週末跟家人聚餐就訂在我在台灣最喜歡的泰國菜餐廳——喜來登飯店二樓的SUKHOTHAI
這次搜集了二三訪吃到的菜色,當中最愛客座菜單的綠咖喱牛肋排及常態菜單的斑斕葉可麗餅搭配椰子冰淇淋,月亮蝦餅和泰式奶茶則是每次來都忍不住想點的品項

Just got back from Thailand and couldn’t stop craving Thai food, so I took my family to my all-time favorite spot in Taiwan — SUKHOTHAI at the Sheraton Grand Taipei.
Collected dishes from my 2nd and 3rd visits, my top picks are the ‘Green Curry with Ribs’ and the ‘Pandan Leaf Crepe with Coconut Ice Cream and Sticky Rice.’ The ‘Deep-Fried Shrimp Cake’ and ‘Thai Milk Tea’ are also things I can’t resist ordering every single visit.
I love how this place keeps innovating without sacrificing quality — still my personal No.1 Thai food recommendation in Taiwan.

非常美味
The short ribs are braised until tender but still satisfyingly meaty. Paired with green curry, coconut milk, and eggplant soaked with sauce — absolutely delicious.

Taro Custard Mille-Feuille with Thai Tea Ice Cream

芋泥和泰奶冰淇淋調味適當、不匠氣
不過我自己對這裡的其他泰式甜點更著迷
A French-style dessert with Thai accents. The taro filling and Thai milk tea ice cream are well-balanced and not overly heavy. (Though personally, I’m even more obsessed with their other Thai-style desserts.)

Coconut Juice with Longan and Pandan

All the dessert flavors I love in one cup. The longan flavor dominates the coconut, and I can barely taste the pandan. Great for anyone who likes longan but not Thai milk tea though.

溫熱的甜糯米比預期中硬一些些
The mango is the variety with less juice. Sticky rice is pleasantly warm but slightly firmer than expected.
