台北大安｜經典麻辣鍋推薦！鼎旺麻辣鍋二店229號

這幾天氣溫驟降，正是吃火鍋的好日子，立刻上網訂了大安站附近的老字號鼎旺麻辣鍋，沒想到前一天訂週五晚上還有位子！

鼎旺在這一帶有兩家店，一號店裝潢比較傳統，二號店則有一點西式餐酒館氛圍，我覺得味道並無差異，選自己喜歡的用餐空間即可

入口即化的滷雞爪值得一試以外，也喜歡厚切的蜂巢肚和豆皮，其他菜色雖然說不上有什麼必點但都有一定品質，麻辣湯頭也很合口味

對我來說是價格合理、訂位容易、交通方便，又比連鎖店更有人情味的存在，偶爾想吃麻辣鍋的時候就會想到這裡🍲

With the sudden drop in temperature these past few days, it felt like the perfect time for hot pot. I quickly went online and booked a table at Ding Wang Spicy Hot Pot, a long-standing one near Daan Station—and to my surprise, there were still seats available for Friday night even when I reserved just a day in advance!

There are two branches in the area. The original location has a more traditional décor, while the second branch carries a bistro vibe. The flavors are consistent between the two, so you can choose whichever atmosphere you prefer.

Aside from their signature braised chicken feet, which melt in your mouth and are definitely worth ordering, I also loved the thick-cut honeycomb tripe and tofu skin—both hearty and flavorful when simmered in the spicy broth. Everything is of solid quality, and the mala soup base hits just the right balance.

For me, Ding Wang represents the ideal mix of reasonable pricing, easy reservations, convenient location, and that warm touch you don’t always get from big chain restaurants. It’s the kind of place I naturally think of whenever a craving for spicy hot pot hits.
