週末中午前往大安森林公園散步的路上，突然覺得肚子有點空，決定順路到TAMED FOX大安店吃點輕食，假日早上最適合吃這類早午餐了！
到店時客滿，僅剩一組窗邊的矮座位區，舒適度不如一般桌位，幸好採光很好不至於感覺憋屈
三個人分食兩份餐點和一杯飲料，口味在意料之中且以份量而言價位稍高，但無庸置疑是好吃、營養均衡的，有緣回訪的話想試試看起來很療癒的BOWLS系列🥣
On a weekend morning walk toward Daan Forest Park, we decided to stop by TAMED FOX Daan for a light bite. There’s something about weekends that makes brunch food feel just right!
When I arrived, the place was packed, and the only seats left were a set of low side table by the window. Not the most comfortable, but the bright natural light made up for it.
The three of us shared two dishes and one drink. The flavors were exactly as expected—fresh, balanced, and wholesome. Prices were a bit on the higher side considering size, but the food was undeniably tasty and well-prepared. If I visit again, I’d love to try one of their beautiful-looking Bowls

The English muffin was crisp on the outside and soft within. I loved the added aroma from the arugula, and the use of RÒU-brand ham gave the dish a premium touch. The hollandaise sauce was on the lighter side—milder in flavor but pleasantly so, making the dish feel less heavy.
