新北中和|南勢角、景安美食 居酒屋推薦!岳燒鳥

因故需要到中和一帶找朋友拿東西,就順勢約在岳燒鳥吃晚餐,店家位在捷運景安站、南勢角站中間,約有八到十個座位

當天僅老闆一人負責板前,上菜速度是悠哉吃飯喝酒之下可以接受的;朋友事先向預訂了明蝦和秋刀魚,其他當場看菜單上想吃什麼就點,老闆表示也可以提供預算,由店家搭配成套餐

秋刀魚做成刺身、炙燒、酥炸魚骨味道都很棒,搭配味噌秋刀魚肝醬是錦上添花,明蝦刺身、炸蝦頭與蝦膏也新鮮美味!鹽燒白帶則分成魚身和魚肚處理,出乎意料在這裡吃到品質不錯的海鮮;燒鳥類大部分特殊品項都完售,點到的幾串是好吃且符合價位的

酒品中特別喜歡抹茶特調和冰塊很多的梅酒,搭餐清爽不失風味

Had to swing by Zhonghe to pick something up from a friend, so we decided to meet for dinner at Yue Yakitori. The restaurant sits between Jingan and Nanshijiao MRT stations, with only about eight to ten seats.

Chef-owner was running the counter solothat night. The pace was unhurried, but good for a relaxed evening. My friend had pre-ordered prawns and Pacific saury, while rest of the dishes we chose on the spot. You can also give a budget and let the chef create a course.

Saury came three ways—sashimi, lightly seared, and deep-fried fish bones—each version excellent. Prawn sashimi and fried prawn heads were fresh and delicious. The salt-grilled beltfish, served as two cuts (body and belly), was high quality as well. Most of the rarer yakitori cuts had already sold out, but those skewers we did manage to order were all tasty and fairly priced.

As for drinks, I enjoyed matcha shochu and umeshu—refreshing and great with grilled food.

A cozy yakitori place with good food and easy reservations, definitely worth checking out if you’re nearby 🍻
