曼谷|泰式料理 美食推薦!Supanniga Eating Room(Sathorn 10)

在曼谷的第一頓晚餐,由朋友訂了飯店附近的Supanniga Eating Room(Sathorn 10),在市區有三間分店,是主打各式泰國家常菜的餐酒館;雖然訂的是晚上九點的位子,店裡仍然高朋滿座

四個人點了幾道想嘗試的菜,不知道是不是因為定位為餐酒館所以味道稍重,不過味道是很好、很有層次的,自己尤其喜歡冬陰功濃湯、椰奶酸辣鱸魚湯、蟹肉烘蛋,一向偏愛的泰式炒河粉也比預料中精緻美味

在曼谷沒有機會以其他餐廳作為比較基準,不過就當天菜色和絡繹不絕的人潮來看,應該是不會失敗的美食選擇

Our first dinner in Bangkok was at Supanniga Eating Room (Sathorn 10), a restaurant near the hotel we stayed at. There are three branches of the restaurant in Bangkok, and is known as a Thai bistro serving various home-style dishes. We had a 9 PM reservation, and the restaurant was packed.

The four of us ordered several dishes we wanted to try. The flavors leaned bold and full-bodied, but every bite was layered and thoughtfully composed. My favorites were the Tom Yum Goong, Tom Kha Seabass, and the crab omelet. Even the humble Pad Thai was more refined and flavorful than expected.

I didn’t get the chance to compare it with other restaurants in Bangkok, but judging from the quality of the dishes and the steady stream of customers that night, it’s definitely a dining choice that won’t disappoint.
